## Law Firm Seeks Experienced Personal Injury/Medical Malpractice Paralegal

Law firm Maney Gordon Trial Lawyers is looking for an experienced certified paralegal to join their team in Tampa, FL. The successful candidate must have a minimum of working for lawyers who routinely prosecute or defend cases to jury verdict in the subject matter of personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice (plaintiff or defendant side).

**Qualifications:**

- College degree preferred, but not required
- Sophistication in matters of civil procedure, litigation, trial prep, and medical malpractice
- Highly organized, punctual, and able to work a 40 hour work week
- Ability to function as a team leader
- Excellent writing and verbal/communication skills
- Pleasant phone manner
- Ability to multi-task

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Manage a case load of Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice cases from intake through trial with extensive client contact
- Mentor and provide guidance to a team of litigation legal assistants
