Your Role and Responsibilities: As a Legal Assistant on our First-Party Property team, you will play a crucial role in our fast-paced defense litigation environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with attorneys to prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence. - Mastering scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and court appearances with precision. - Efficiently handling e-filing responsibilities to ensure timely submissions. - Providing exceptional client service through effective communication and professionalism. - Maintaining and organizing client files and records to uphold our standard of excellence. - Coordinating with third-party service providers to enhance our legal operations. - Approaching challenges with a positive attitude and contributing to problem-solving opportunities. - Becoming a subject matter expert on client preferences to support our team's success.
