Responsibilities:

Completing all required administrative tasks including time reporting, closed cases, reports, and other materials appropriate to the performance of job duties
Effectively making use of technology and automation in the practice of law

Traveling as required to meet business needs

Working Conditions:

The Associate Attorney position at Hand Arendall Harrison Sale LLC is a full-time, FLSA exempt position with a normal professional office setting. However, evening and/or weekend work may be required, and in-state travel will also be necessary.

Physical Demands:

The position requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping, and stretching. It also requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment. Normal range of hearing and eyesight is also necessary to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports. The candidate may also need to climb stairs and lift up to 30 lbs.
