Law Firm Seeking Real Estate Associate for Energy & Infrastructure Practice
Energy and infrastructure sector experience preferred
Regular full-time position with Orrick, a top-ranked law firm
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on real estate aspects of energy and infrastructure projects
- Handle development, due diligence, M&A transactions, and financing for projects
- Review and advise on title and survey issues
- Work closely with clients in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated to work in emerging areas of energy and infrastructure
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of real estate experience
- Excellent academic credentials and communication skills
- Membership to the State Bar of the office location required
Compensation and Benefits:
- Expected salary range of $260,000-$390,000
