You must be a proactive team player with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Provide support to assigned attorney(s) and the litigation group Greet guests and clients, answer inquiries, and direct calls Prepare and transcribe documents, including drafting letters and collecting information Schedule meetings, conferences, and special events Manage attorney calendar and court-imposed deadlines Communicate and follow up on assignments with attorneys and clients Assist with timekeeping, invoicing, and e-filing Maintain knowledge of law firm procedures and workflows Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, and other parties Handle special projects as assigned Qualifications: High School Diploma required, 2 or 4-year undergraduate degree preferred 3-5 years' experience as a legal secretary in a litigation group Proficient in Microsoft Office, iManage, and timekeeping and billing systems Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to firm policies and procedures Willingness to work additional hours and weekends as needed Strong organizational and time management skills Join our team at KRCL and be a part of a firm that values its employees, clients, and community.
