Law Firm Seeking Government Solutions & Investigations Associate with 2-5 Years Experience in Minneapolis
- Opportunity to work on government investigations, internal investigations, and government-facing litigation
- Work on cases from pleading through trial and appeal in State and Federal courts throughout the United States
- Responsibilities include discovery, oral advocacy, brief writing, depositions, research, trial preparation, and preparation of investigative reports
- required
- Must have 2-5 years of law firm associate experience with strong skills in fact development, document review, legal writing, and time/deadline management
- Minnesota bar admission or ability to be admitted required
- Excellent research and writing skills needed
- Government or corporate investigations, government contracts/False Claims Act, and/or sanctions and export controls experience a plus
