This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide superior service to clients through the use of data-driven technology and a specialized workflow process.

The successful candidate for this role will have familiarity and experience with administrative agency charges, preferably at both the federal and state levels on the management side, as well as a minimum of six years of employment law experience. Candidates should also have strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines. An active bar license in the state of residence is required.

Littler CaseSmart Counsel attorneys are full-time, remote attorneys with a reduced billable hours requirement and with no obligation to engage in any business-related travel or any required business development. These positions are ideal for attorneys seeking interesting, challenging work that allows more flexibility than on-track roles.

The annual starting salary for this position is $115,000 and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Littler Mendelson also offers a generous benefits package to full-time and part-time employees working at least a 50% schedule.

##Responsibilities

As a Littler CaseSmart Counsel, Charges attorney, you will be responsible for the defense of each administrative agency charge and attorney demand letter assigned to you from investigation through conclusion. Your work may include:

- Drafting position statements.
- Responding to agency requests for information.
- Representing clients in settlement negotiations and remote mediations.
