Law Firm Seeking Experienced Litigation Paralegal in Multiple Locations

- Knight Nicastro MacKay, LLC is seeking a paralegal with 4-7 years of litigation experience
- Locations: Chicago, IL; Kansas City, MO; St. Louis, MO; Boulder/Denver, CO; Missoula, MT

Who You Are:

- Self-starter with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize work for multiple attorneys and work well with team members
- Experience with analyzing medical records is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and able to function in a fast-paced team setting

What You Bring:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced skills in editing PDFs
- Experience with case management software for file organization and document management
- Familiarity with time/billing software and ability to enter time (minimum requirement of 1675 hours per year)
- Proficiency with e-filing, docketing, preparing disclosure and discovery documents, and trial assistance
- Willingness to travel for trials
