- Assist patent attorneys on patent prosecution, counseling, and litigation
- Draft patent applications and responses to office actions
- Advise lawyers on technology issues in preparation for depositions
- Prepare responses to office actions and other USPTO communications
- Study invention disclosures and prepare patent specifications
- Perform prior art searches
- Assist with litigation and transactional projects
- Communicate with clients and foreign counsel
- Function and collaborate smoothly in a global team environment with culturally diverse team members

Requirements:

- Admitted to the USPTO
- 2+ years of patent preparation and prosecution experience as a patent agent or technical advisor
- Strong academic credentials
