Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Litigation Legal Assistant to provide coverage across multiple litigation teams as needed. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position suited for a proactive and adaptable legal assistant with strong multitasking skills and the ability to integrate quickly with different attorneys and case types.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Provide litigation support across various practice areas, filling in during absences or periods of high volume

·       Prepare, proofread, and file legal documents (state and federal courts, including e-filing)

·       Manage attorney calendars, schedule hearings, depositions, and client meetings

·       Handle case management tasks, including maintaining electronic files and trial binders

·       Monitor deadlines and ensure timely filings

·       Draft correspondence and routine legal documents with minimal supervision

·       Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

·       Perform other administrative duties as needed to support attorneys and staff

Qualifications:

·       Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a litigation legal assistant

·       Solid knowledge of Nevada civil procedure and court filing requirements (state and federal)

·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and legal document management systems

·       Familiarity with e-filing platforms (., Odyssey, CM/ECF, File & ServeXpress)

·       Excellent organizational and time management skills

·       Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities

·       Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal communication skills

·       High degree of discretion and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Experience in a boutique or mid-sized law firm environment

·       Knowledge of bankruptcy, commercial litigation, or business law
