Law Firm is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its dynamic Corporate Practice Group located in Washington, DC. The Corporate Practice Group focuses on mid-market M&A transactions, joint ventures, and debt and equity finance transactions across a variety of industries.

The ideal candidate should have:

- Three to five years of experience with M&A transactions, joint ventures, and debt and equity finance
- A high degree of comfort working on deal teams of varying sizes
- Experience coordinating extensively with specialists
- Experience in drafting principal transaction documents, ancillaries, and resolutions
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to distill complex concepts into targeted and commercially focused communications, both written and oral
- Dedication to high-quality work, responsiveness, and efficiency

**Candidates should be licensed and in good standing in DC (or able to waive into the DC bar) and should submit a resume, law school transcripts, and a writing sample.** The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $230,000 to a maximum of $295,000 per year.
