Law Firm is Seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney

Law Firm is currently recruiting for an outstanding associate with 4-6 years of employment litigation experience to join the Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate should excel in the following areas:

• Strong litigation experience


• Trial experience


• Taking and defending depositions


• Researching, writing, and arguing motions


• Conducting complex fact investigations and analysis


• Ability to take ownership of cases with minimal oversight

The Labor & Employment Associate Attorney is responsible for advising employers of all sizes in all aspects of employment advice and counseling, disputes and litigation, international employment and mobility, and union management relations. This position is based in the Los Angeles (Downtown) office and the annual salary range is $225,000 to $370,000.

Law Firm is currently seeking an experienced and talented Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its Los Angeles office. This is a 4-6 year position with a salary range of $225,000 to $370,000.

Responsibilities

The Labor & Employment Associate Attorney will be responsible for:

• Advising employers of all sizes in all aspects of employment advice and counseling, disputes and litigation, international employment and mobility, and union management relations


• Providing expertise in all matters affecting the workplace including wage and hour, class and collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, employment agreements, layoffs, and ERISA


• Taking and defending depositions


• Researching, writing, and arguing motions


• Conducting complex fact investigations and analysis


• Taking ownership of cases with minimal oversight

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

• 4-6 years of employment litigation experience


• Experience in single plaintiff actions involving claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other areas of California labor & employment law


• Admission to the California Bar
