We are currently seeking an Employment Law Attorney with at least 5 years of litigation experience to join our team. If you are passionate about fighting for justice and have a strong understanding of labor relations and individual rights in the workplace, then we encourage you to apply for this position. Primary Responsibilities:

- Handle cases involving labor relations and individual rights in the workplace, such as harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination claims.
- Litigate on behalf of workers in state and federal courts, as well as the EEOC and HRC.
- Represent Washington Education Association covered employees in matters involving school districts and the Office of Professional Practices.
- Advise business clients on legal issues related to the employer-employee relationship.
- Prepare and revise collective bargaining agreements, employment contracts, company policies, and employee handbooks.
- Create written content on employment law and present at educational seminars.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of litigation experience focused on representing employers and/or workers in labor disputes.
- Extensive knowledge of state and local government employment procedures.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analysis skills. Previous judicial clerkship experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Licensed in Washington and admitted to practice in state and federal courts.
