We are currently seeking an Employment Law Attorney with at least 5 years of litigation experience to join our team. Here are some key details about the role: Primary Responsibilities: - Handle cases involving labor relations and individual rights in the workplace, such as harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination claims. - Litigate on behalf of workers in state and federal courts, as well as the EEOC and HRC. - Represent Washington Education Association covered employees in matters involving school districts and the Office of Professional Practices. - Advise business clients on legal issues related to the employer-employee relationship. - Prepare and revise collective bargaining agreements, employment contracts, company policies, and employee handbooks. - Create written content on employment law and present at educational seminars.
