Minimum Qualifications:

- Paralegal Certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the quarterback for assigned cases and as the "right hand" to the attorney
- Liaison between office and existing clients on assigned cases
- Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and research
- Review and organize incoming and outbound discovery
- Prepare Trial Binders, Exhibits, and PowerPoints
- Prepare questions for direct and cross-examination
- Conduct potential client intakes
- Client service and relationship management
- Drafting, revising, and editing documents in MS Word and Adobe Acrobat
- Coordinating, scheduling, and calendaring appointments and hearings
- Use of computers and various software such as Abacus, MS Word, Adobe Acrobat
- Familiarity with Zoom and video conferencing
