Responsibilities:

- Manage a heavy and complex case-load, including pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep, and trial
- Draft and file various litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, responses, and motions
- Guide clients through the legal process and provide excellent customer service
- Work with expert witnesses and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Qualifications:

- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Active and in good standing with the State Bar Association
- Minimum of 3 years of personal injury experience
- Ability to handle a high volume of cases
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Self-motivated with long-term career goals
- Exceptional legal writing and oral advocacy skills

Salary:

$125,000—$300,000 USD
