- Seeking an experienced Corporate/Commercial Real Estate Paralegal at Law Firm in Richmond, VA
- Full-time, Staff position with competitive salary and benefits
- Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment with an active corporate, commercial real estate, and community associations practice



Job Description:

- Review title insurance commitments and coverages, as well as exceptions for potential problems
- Review surveys and order UCC and tax lien search reports
- Review Purchase/Sale Contracts, Commercial Leases, estoppel certificates, and SNDAs
- Prepare HUD statements and maintain closing checklists and timelines
- Coordinate and organize documents for multi-state and multi-asset transactions
- Prepare escrow closing instructions
- Handle annual Registered Agent updates and Corporate filings



Job Requirements:

- College degree required
- Previous experience in corporate and commercial real estate transactions
- Excellent customer service, communication, and computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in SoftPro preferred
- Strong work quality and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, problem solve, and see projects through to completion
- Team-oriented with the ability to work well independently and within a small office environment
