About the Job:

- Responsible for managing . and foreign patent prosecution dockets, ensuring deadlines are met and correspondence is drafted.
- Assist attorneys in drafting and communicating with clients regarding patent prosecution events.
- Manage . and international patent portfolios.
- Draft various patent prosecution documents.
- Communicate attorney instructions to local counsel for international patent matters.
- Create and maintain . information disclosure statement database.
- Assist with patent due diligence projects.
- Navigate the . Patent and Trademark Office online system.
- Review McKesson requirements.
- Conduct research on country law requirements.
- Apply expert knowledge of patent legal procedures and terminology.
- Perform other tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree or paralegal program completion.
- 2-5 years of experience in Intellectual Property.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and exercise independent judgement.
- Competent understanding of the patent process and docketing.
- Knowledge of . and international patent online databases.
- Experience with docketing databases, specifically Foundation IP.
- Proficient in conducting online searches.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
