The ideal candidate must have a minimum of five years of experience as a nurse paralegal, along with a nursing degree. Additional experience in product liability, mass torts, or settlements is preferred. Responsibilities: • Conduct a substantial amount of medical record and document review. • Summarize records effectively to support legal processes. • Collaborate on additional litigation projects, seizing occasional opportunities. Qualifications: • Minimum of five years of experience as a nurse paralegal. • Nursing degree. • Excellent research and analytical skills. • Display initiative and meticulous attention to detail. • Effective interpersonal skills, facilitating seamless collaboration within a large, diverse team. • Familiarity with eDiscovery and Relativity software platforms (preferred). • Prior project management skills (preferred). • Previous work experience or an undergraduate degree in business administration, data management, or a science-based field (preferred).
