Perform administrative tasks such as time entry, expense reports, printing, calendaring, scanning, and mailings. Handle legal-specific tasks such as dictation/transcription, document revisions, and docketing. Assist with higher-level tasks such as document drafting, preparing virtual closing books, and scheduling hearings. Maintain and organize electronic files. Coordinate travel arrangements. Embrace relevant technology to actively improve skills through formal and informal learning/training. Possess effective verbal and written communication skills. Adapt communication style to suit different audiences. Perform at a high level of engagement and practice critical thinking skills. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the firm.
