Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing for trials
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases
- Manage and organize case files and documents
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling and organizing meetings, and managing calendars
- Keep track of deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Conduct factual investigations and gather evidence
- Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to cases

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 years' experience as a paralegal in Nevada, preferably in personal injury
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents
- Knowledge of court procedures and filing requirements
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
