Law Firm Seeking Experienced Paralegal for NIV Team in Boston

Responsibilities:

- Expand understanding of US Immigration Law through provided resources and training
- Gain deeper understanding of requirements and case processing for various non-immigrant visa types
- Draft and organize forms and documents as directed by Team Manager
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and senior team members regarding visa instructions and documents
- Assist with requesting and organizing documents for new processes
- Process and organize government correspondence
- Enter data accurately into internal platforms
- Complete other projects as directed by Team Manager or attorney

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree with strong academic record
- 1-2 years of experience in business immigration law, specifically with H-1B, TN, B, and L visas
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Proficiency in office software and willingness to adapt to new technology
- Clear and professional communication skills

Compensation: $55,000-$75,000 depending on location and experience.

entering data accurately and consistently into internal data management platforms
working on other projects as directed by the team manager or attorney
