Executive Legal Assistant
The candidate will provide administrative support to Lawyers. Handle oral and written communication with clients. Administratively support and attend client meetings as requested – virtual and in-person. Type basic legal documents and correspondence. Answer and direct phone calls, return phone calls. Open new matters. Maintain attorney calendars, schedule, and confirm meetings held virtually and in-person. Prepare priority shipments (FedEx, UPS, USPS). Scan and print and prepare estate planning binders. Monthly billing. Other administrative responsibilities as assigned. Should preferably have 1+ years of experience in handling trust, estate, and probate and/or corporate matters. Typing skills of 60+ WPM is required.
