Law Firm is looking for an Experienced Patent Prosecution Agent with 2-20 years of experience in preparation and prosecution of patent applications, IP strategy and portfolio management, and a strong background in chemistry, life sciences, or medicine. Outstanding writing and analytical skills, and top academic credentials are essential, and USPTO registration is required.

## Salary Range

Where required by law, salary ranges are stated below. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, overtime as applicable, health/welfare benefits, retirement contributions, paid holidays, and PTO.

- San Francisco, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Los Angeles, CA; San Diego, CA; New York City, NY salary range: $125k - $250k
- Boston, MA salary range: $115k - $240k
