• Represent clients in lien enforcement and foreclosure cases

• Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on current laws and regulations related to community associations
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies

Requirements:
• Partner or senior associate level experience in community association law
• Strong background in covenants and bylaws, rules and regulations, and collections
• Excellent communication, writing, and critical-thinking skills
• Confidence in handling complex legal matters
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
