This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA recognized program, and at least 1 year of experience as a Patent Paralegal with knowledge of . and/or foreign prosecution. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately preparing, obtaining, and filing documents related to all phases of patent prosecution, as well as maintaining and managing a prosecution docket and ensuring all deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately prepare and file patent prosecution documents
Maintain and manage prosecution docket
Ensure all deadlines are met
Enter time into firm’s timekeeping system
Collaborate with team members
Attend office for training and collaboration at least 3 days per month

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA recognized program
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Patent Paralegal
Knowledge of . and/or foreign prosecution
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
