# Littler Mendelson Seeks Littler CaseSmart Counsel, Charges Attorney

Law firm Littler Mendelson . is seeking an experienced attorney to serve as a Littler CaseSmart Counsel, Charges. The position involves the defense of administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters from investigation through conclusion. This role is ideal for attorneys seeking interesting, challenging work that allows more flexibility than on-track roles.

## Qualifications and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should have:

* Familiarity and experience with administrative agency charges, preferably at both the federal and state levels on the management side.
* A minimum of six years of employment law experience, including drafting persuasive position statements and representing clients at hearings and/or mediations.
* Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
* An active bar license in the state of residence.

The Littler CaseSmart Counsel, Charges attorney will be responsible for the defense of each administrative agency charge and attorney demand letter assigned to them. This may involve:

* Drafting position statements.
* Responding to agency requests for information.
* Representing clients in settlement negotiations and remote mediations.

## Compensation and Benefits

The annual starting salary for this position is $115,000 and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Full-time and part-time employees working at least a 50% schedule are eligible for a generous benefits package, including comprehensive health, dental and vision plan for the attorney, their spouse/domestic partner, and children. Additional benefits include mental health programs, life, disability, 401(k), family building, parenting, caregiving and multiple voluntary options.
