Bilingual Employee Relations Partner

The Bilingual Employee Relations Partner will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and productive work environment for employees of the company. This role requires someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish and has a deep understanding of HR policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in HR compliance, employee relations, or as an HR generalist. This is a remote position and the candidate must live in the North East or Central region of the United States.

Salary Information:

Salary ranges from $60,000 to $75,000

Bilingual Employee Relations Partner - REMOTE

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent major required

Five years or more in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations required

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations

Provide guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures to minimize the company's legal liability

Partner with operational management, HR business partners, labor relations, and legal teams to create solutions to complex employee relations issues

Oversee daily administration of reported concerns within ServiceNow and Navex systems

Ensure the delivery of high-quality HR support for the company

Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and employment legislation within region

Skills and Abilities:

Ability to conduct sensitive investigations and identify violations of regulations and company policies

Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills

Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to remain impartial during investigations

Strong oral and written communication skills

Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization

Ability to handle confidential information appropriately

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Flexibility to excel in a fast-paced environment

Capable of multi-tasking and excellent time management skills

Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices

Proficiency in MS Office suite intermediate required

Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations intermediate required

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required or additional four years of experience in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent major

Five years or more in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations required
