Our law firm is seeking an ERISA Associate in Denver, CO to provide practical and business-oriented advice to our clients on employee benefits and executive compensation arrangements. As an ERISA Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including publicly traded entities, private companies, government employers, non-profit entities, and religious organizations. You will be responsible for advising clients on the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of all types of employee benefit plans, as well as educating them on legislative and regulatory developments. Key Responsibilities: - Counsel clients on the design and administration of employee benefit plans - Educate clients on legislative and regulatory developments and assist in designing solutions - Draft and interpret defined contribution and defined benefit plans - Consult on legal issues involving health and welfare plans, fringe benefits, and executive compensation - Assist with Internal Revenue Service, Department of Labor, and PBGC matters - Advise clients on benefit plan issues in mergers and acquisitions - Develop new clients and business contacts Qualifications: - . from an ABA accredited school - Admitted to practice in Colorado or ability to waive into the Colorado bar - At least 2 years of experience in ERISA, employee benefits, executive compensation, or related areas - Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and client service skills - Team player with excellent communication skills At our law firm, we value diversity and inclusivity in our work environment.
