I would like the firm to be more open to the possibilities of talking and brainstorming with other firms. It will not only help us with our clients, but it would also help to create more opportunities in regards to business.
Pros:
I really enjoy working for this firm. My associates are all well versed in fields such as family law, etc. I have no problems getting the help I need from the workplace. I also appreciated that the lawyers care about the clients.
Cons:
I feel that there should be more of a focus on better communication with other firms. At times it feels the firm doesn't bother networking too much with other firms, which I think could be beneficial.
