Job Title: Employment Litigation Associate

Salary Range: $203,000 - $259,000 (based on experience and other factors)

Experience: 5+ years (employment law background with wage and hour experience preferred)

Location: Melville, NY

Job Responsibilities:

- Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination
- Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issues
- Represent employers in court, administrative agencies, mediations, and arbitration in employment matters

Skills and Educational Requirements:

- JD from ABA accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
- Current NY Bar admission in good standing
- Understanding of current agency procedures (state and federal)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
