Salary Information:

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on employee benefits and executive compensation matters.
- Draft and negotiate agreements, plans, and policies related to employee benefits and executive compensation.
- Stay current on relevant laws and regulations related to employee benefits and executive compensation.
- Assist with compliance and reporting requirements for employee benefit plans.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and team members on complex legal matters.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and provide exceptional client service.

Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation.
- Strong academic and professional credentials.
- Admitted to practice in respective state(s).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal advice and counsel to clients.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
