Bilingual Employee Relations Partner

Position Description:

The Bilingual Employee Relations Partner is responsible for providing consistent, tactical Employee Relations consultation to managers and employees. This role will involve resolving employee issues, advising on conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and termination. The Employee Relations Partner will also conduct HR investigations and provide recommendations to operational management and HR business partners. This position will also monitor employee relations trends to aid in addressing issues in a proactive and preventative manner. The ideal candidate for this role will be bilingual in Spanish and have at least five years of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily administration of reported concerns within ServiceNow and Navex systems
- Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations
- Partner with operational management and HR business partners to create solutions for complex employee relations issues
- Ensure high-quality HR support through performance management, legal compliance, and collaboration with COEs
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and employment legislation within region
- Travel as needed to company sites within supported region

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law, or equivalent major OR four years of additional experience in the field
- Five or more years of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices

Salary and Benefits:

- Salary ranges from $60K to $75K, based on experience and qualifications
