Position Description: The Bilingual Employee Relations Partner is responsible for providing consistent, tactical Employee Relations consultation to managers and employees. This role will involve resolving employee issues, advising on conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and termination. The Employee Relations Partner will also conduct HR investigations and provide recommendations to operational management and HR business partners. This position will also monitor employee relations trends to aid in addressing issues in a proactive and preventative manner. The ideal candidate for this role will be bilingual in Spanish and have at least five years of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations.
