Position Summary:
Nyman Turkish is seeking a Legal Assistant (Application Specialist) to assist individuals with disabilities in completing the online application for Social Security Disability benefits. This position requires strong customer service skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. A high school diploma is required, and previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Complete online applications for Social Security Disability benefits on behalf of clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate empathy, compassion, and patience
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Meet productivity and quality goals
- Answer calls and schedule appointments with clients

Requirements:

- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain professionalism at all times
- Willingness to assist with administrative duties as needed
- High school diploma
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds

Compensation:

- per hour, with potential for up to per hour in bonuses
