Associate
The candidate will handle a range of employment-related cases from the discovery stage through trial and earn significant experience drafting pleadings, counseling clients, conducting depositions and engaging in motion practice and oral argument before Federal and State courts. Must be a recent law school graduate with a demonstrated interest in employment law. Should have Juris Doctor degree with a record of strong academic performance. Previous employment law-related experience is a plus. Must have excellent writing and analytical skills. Effective time management skills and ability to multitask is required.
