Interim . Manager, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:
- Salary: $80,000-$100,000
- Job Category: Executive Leadership
- Experience: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Summary:
- Interim position with a 1-year term, potential for a 2nd year
- Location: Philadelphia, PA, with consideration for other AFSC locations
- Application Deadline: Open until filled

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the International Interim DEI Manager to implement DEI strategies
- Partner with the Leadership Team and collaborate across the organization
- Ensure implementation of short-term recommendations from revised DEI Audit
- Develop and implement strategies for a more inclusive and equitable work culture
- Serve as a resource in areas of diversity, structural racism, gender equality, etc.
- Use Quaker process to facilitate growth and change within the organization

Requirements:
- Proven experience in diversity and inclusion training and coaching
- Experience with institutional and structural racism/oppression in the .
- Project management skills
- Collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to affirmative action and Quaker values

Responsibilities:
- Develop and support DEI strategies
- Provide learning and capacity building training for staff and volunteers
- Maintain active and current content in Diversity and Equity resource center
- Coordinate and facilitate diversity and equity orientation for staff and volunteers
- Develop guidelines and support process for new staff affinity groups
- Monitor and report on progress towards diversity goals

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience with diversity and inclusion, institutional and structural racism/oppression
- Direct experience with EEO and/or affirmative action issues
- Project management skills
- Experience in DEI strategic planning and training

Competencies:
- Global approach to equity and inclusion
- Understanding of organizational power dynamics
- Ability to identify achievable action steps
- Bilingual in one of AFSC's work languages preferred

Compensation:
- Salary: $80,000-$100,000
- Exempt position
