- Salary range: $61,600 - $77,100 annually

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative client services to internal and external clients
- Maintain a consistent physical presence to facilitate a collaborative environment
- Produce professional pleadings and other legal documents
- Proofread and redline complex legal documents and correspondence
- Coordinate client communications and meetings
- Delegate and work with firm resources to handle tasks and projects
- Coordinate administrative functions and facilitate completion of tasks
- Maintain calendar, scheduling, expense reports, and travel arrangements
- Execute legal practice tasks and projects
- Understand and support client billing processes
- Manage legal and administrative practices of attorneys
- Work overtime as required

Proficiencies:
- Advanced ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
- Detail-oriented with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of timekeeping, expense processing, and billing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to coordinate with other firm-wide departments

Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience supporting a litigation-focused law practice (preferred)
- Knowledge of relevant legal processes and procedures (preferred)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
