• Conduct legal research and analysis

• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts
• Organize and summarize medical records and other documents for use in depositions and trials
• Assist with trial preparation, including creating exhibits, witness lists, and trial notebooks

Experience:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in legal research and writing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:
• Paralegal certificate or degree from an accredited program
• Knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures
• Familiarity with medical terminology and records
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software such as Westlaw or LexisNexis
