About the Role:

As a Contract Administrator Ld, you will serve as the state lead in submitting group health insurance products at a regional site. You will collaborate with multiple functional business areas to develop and oversee the regulatory approval process for new product submissions. This role also involves evaluating insurance, HMO, and self-funded benefit contracts and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and oversee the regulatory approval process for new product submissions
- Collaborate with multiple functional business areas in drafting new product language and products
- Evaluate insurance, HMO, and self-funded benefit contracts and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Preferred Skills and Experience:

- Understanding of health care funding arrangements, health insurance provider networks, group health benefits, and state and federal regulations
- Legal compliance research or paralegal experience
- Experience filing insurance products using SERFF and other methods
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe Acrobat

Minimum Requirements:

- BA/BS in a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Salary Information:

- Salary range for this position is $76,304 to $144,576
- Actual salary may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level
