Litigation Paralegal Needed at Premier Personal Injury Law Firm in Orlando, FL Overview: - Farah & Farah is seeking a skilled and self-motivated Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Orlando, FL. - This is a full-time, regular position in a professional office setting. - The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Personal Injury law and a paralegal associates degree or other relevant certification. Responsibilities: - Conduct pre-claim investigations and legal research to assess potential cases. - Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents and file them with the court. - Perform administrative duties such as calendar management and organizing case files. - Assist with federal and state administrative filings. - Organize exhibits, documents, and evidence for trial preparation. - Aid attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests. - Gather relevant information from various sources. - Liaise between trial teams and internal/external third parties. - Help with voir-dire, jury selection, and witness preparation. - Assist with case settlements. - Address client inquiries regarding case status and processes. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in Personal Injury law. - Familiarity with federal and state court procedures and rules. - Knowledge of legal technology and case management software. - Strong time-management and multitasking skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. - Professional demeanor and adherence to company dress code. - Bilingual skills a plus.
