As a Structured Finance Paralegal at Orrick, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and high-level finance transactions while gaining valuable legal experience. You will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team, and will have the chance to work with clients and other law firms to facilitate transactions. Key Responsibilities:

- Support the delivery of quality legal services to clients by drafting documents and coordinating with transaction participants
- Coordinate various structured finance transactions from inception to closing
- Draft and review legal documents, including transaction agreements and related annexes, exhibits and schedules
- Assist with closing by drafting closing checklists, preparing and assembling closing files, and obtaining necessary certificates and letters
- Act as a liaison with clients and outside entities to facilitate transactions
- Conduct final page-checking of documents and ensure delivery of complete documentation for closing binders
- Perform other tasks as required and assigned

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved training program preferred but not required
- Strong academic background and leadership ability demonstrated through extra-curricular activities and work experience
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of complex issues and procedures
- Strong time management skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently
- Experience in business or law office preferred
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule and work overtime as needed

Compensation and Benefits:

- Expected salary range: $46,000 - $67,000, depending on qualifications and location
- Additional compensation may include an annual discretionary merit bonus
