Responsibilities and Practice:

- **Members Only** US LLP is seeking a senior-level associate or counsel with a minimum of six years of experience in private practice in the areas of commercial lending, banking, and/or finance.
- The candidate should have significant transactional experience representing parties in secured and unsecured commercial lending and debt financing transactions.
- At **Members Only**, the candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of lending and financing transactions, including acquisition finance, asset-based lending, fund finance, and more.
- The attorney hired for this position will have the chance to negotiate credit and debt arrangements, assist in leading and managing lending and finance transactions, and supervise junior attorneys.
- They will also have the opportunity to build relationships with clients and grow the banking and lending team at **Members Only**.
