Law Firm Seeking Litigation Paralegal for Miami Office - Competitive Salary Offered

Responsibilities:
- Participate in case planning, development, and organization, including managing task lists for assigned cases.
- Conduct legal and factual research, gather facts and retrieve information and/or documents as requested by an attorney.
- Review, analyze, and summarize court filings and other legal documents.
- Manage court filings in coordination with attorneys and legal assistants, ensuring proper form and compliance with court rules.
- Draft, edit, and assist with the preparation of written discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents.
- Assist with coordination and management of discovery, including document collection and production.
- Attend depositions and court hearings as requested.
- Manage case files and calendars, including docketing case deadlines.
- Work with experts and transmittal documents for use in depositions and trials.
- Assist attorneys and participate in trials, evidentiary hearings, and arbitrations.
- Attention to detail is a must, and strong organizational skills are required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate (registered paralegal with state or nationally certified is preferred).
- Prior law firm or legal experience is a plus.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with legal research databases such as Westlaw, Lexis, and Pacer.
- Bilingual (preferred).
