The firm is open to considering candidates with prior large law firm experience and lending experience, but is also willing to train a motivated individual interested in learning about their practice. Recent graduates who are looking to gain experience in a law firm environment and have an interest in attending law school in 2-4 years are also encouraged to apply. As a Corporate Paralegal at Chapman and Cutler LLP, you will work closely with attorneys in the securitization, lending, special workouts, M&A, and bankruptcy departments. This position offers opportunities for direct contact with partners and clients, as well as the chance to work on multiple deals for various attorneys in a fast-paced setting.
