The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in transactional franchise law and must possess excellent academic credentials, strong organizational, drafting, and analytical skills. The ability to collaborate with both lawyers and non-lawyers, inside and outside the firm, is also essential for this role. Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Handle transactional franchise law matters
- Collaborate with lawyers and non-lawyers, both internally and externally
- Draft legal documents and conduct legal research
- Analyze and interpret laws and regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in transactional franchise law
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong organizational, drafting, and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with others
- Law degree and admission to state bar
- Knowledge of franchise laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
