The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of relevant law firm experience, a commitment to transactional practice, and excellent communication skills. Experience: 3-7 years of relevant law firm experience

Responsibilities:
- Practice primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private and public securities offerings and compliance, entity formation and governance, commercial contracting, drafting technology agreements and general business counseling
- Handle challenging legal matters and sustain a diverse and sophisticated practice
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Commit to excellence in the practice of law and uphold values of informality, diversity, and friendship
- Participate in training and professional development programs

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the state of Minnesota
- Proven superior academic performance
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly motivated and mature with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Commitment to transactional practice
