This is a full-time position that can be located in Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Indianapolis, IN; or Nashville, TN. Responsibilities for this position include drafting documents for financing and other commercial transactions, conducting and summarizing entity organizational documents and due diligence, and preparing organizational documents for entities.
