Current Employee Current Employee Mr. San Francisco

Advice to law firm management:
Hire more individuals, so the work load evens out and works out for everyone better. That would make things better overall.

Pros:
Working at this firm has been really great and working around everyone here is a joy. I like being around and with everyone at this firm.

Cons:
It can get quite stressful sometimes and that leads you to dwelling into work too much and not being able to take care of other important things.

Former Employee Former Employee Mr. San Francisco

Advice to law firm management:
The law office should consider working on the area of environment. The law office has done their job of getting attorneys and staff to work collectively and has caused a division. There needs to be higher compensation in wage for the staff and attorneys.

Pros:
The salary at the law office firm is consistent with what other places are offering. The law firm also offers PTO days and paid holidays.

Cons:
The office does not have a positive environment in terms of the way there is a division. There is a separation of attorneys and staff. It is difficult to receive a much better promotion in terms of wages.

Summer associate program

Every year attorneys from Frost Brown Todd visit a number of law schools and accept resumes from an even larger number of law schools to help us identify suitable candidates for our Summer Associate Program. Our goal in this process is to find those individuals who have the potential for outstanding legal careers and can deliver meaningful contributions to the firm, our clients and the community.

We want to give each summer associate an opportunity to experience what it is like to be an attorney at Frost Brown Todd. To achieve this goal, we make every effort to see that all Summer Associates are exposed to a wide range of activities, including:

- Contact with Firm clients and visits to client facilities;

- Exposure to the court system;

- Observation of closings, depositions, trials, arbitrations, mediations or oral arguments;

- Opportunities to produce various legal documents that are reviewed and actually used for the benefit of clients;

- Participation in a wide variety of research projects; and

- Opportunities to be exposed to many of the different practice areas within the Firm.

Based on feedback over the years, law students have enjoyed our program and found it to be helpful in learning more about Frost Brown Todd LLC specifically and the practice of law generally.
