H1: Immigration Paralegal at Law Firm in Atlanta, GA H2: Join Our Corporate Immigration Practice Group at Arnall Golden Gregory LLP Law Firm Seeking Experienced Immigration Paralegal in Atlanta, GA Summary: Arnall Golden Gregory LLP is a reputable law firm located in Atlanta, GA seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join their Corporate Immigration practice group. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in business immigration matters and project management in a law firm setting. This position offers a competitive salary and great benefits, including the opportunity to work with a team of experienced attorneys in a dynamic and supportive environment. Responsibilities: • Prepare nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions and applications for attorney and client review. • Manage heavy client caseload, including case preparation, client email correspondence, and client status calls. • Communicate with government agencies to check status, as necessary. • Input client documents and data into immigration software system. • Create and maintain client status reports. • Occasionally, overtime may be required. • Other duties as assigned. Required Skills: • Prior experience with E-3, L-1, H1-B, H-1B1, TN, and PERM cases. • Working knowledge of office/administrative procedures and excellent command of the English language. • Strong writing skills. • Attention to detail. • Proficiency in operating a personal computer, telephone, and other office equipment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as a team member. • Fluency in languages other than English is a plus. • Proficiency in Tracker or comparable immigration software system. Education and Experience Requirements: • Extensive experience in business immigration. • . • At least five years in the above responsibilities and skill areas. • Experience in the legal industry is required. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe software, and immigration software systems and programs. Mental/Physical/Environmental Requirements: • Indoor offices with controlled temperatures and limited exposure to noise, dust, and chemicals. • Mobility within the office, including movement from floor to floor. • May sit for long periods of time. • Crouching, kneeling, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting occasionally. • Operating a personal computer, telephone, and other office equipment regularly. • Must be able to express and exchange ideas through spoken word. • Must have the ability to convey detailed information clearly and concisely through spoken word. • Good problem-solving skills.
