- Draft discovery-related motions and correspondence.
- Prepare closing documents, including compromise orders and settlement releases.

Requirements:

- 3+ years’ experience as a plaintiff-side medical malpractice paralegal.
- In-depth knowledge of legal procedures, regulations, and New York court systems.
- Proficiency in using legal research tools and case management software.
- Discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.

Compensation: $60,000-$85,000 per year plus bonus, commensurate with experience.
