The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice in DC, as well as Virginia and/or Maryland, and have 2-5 years of personal injury experience. This role will involve day-to-day handling of pre-litigation work, managing a team of case managers, and driving compliance and KPIs. Responsibilities: - Handle all pre-litigation work on a daily basis - Guide clients through the case process - Draft and file pre-litigation documents - Oversee settlement negotiations and demand packages - Manage a team of 6-10 case managers - Focus on personal injury cases, primarily automotive - Ensure compliance and meet KPIs - Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements Requirements: - Law degree from an accredited law school - Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association - 2-5 years of personal injury experience - Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit cases - Excellent communication and client service skills - Strong leadership abilities - Self-motivated with long-term career goals - Superior writing and oral advocacy skills This role reports to the Senior Attorney Director – Legal Services and offers competitive salary and benefits.
